LKPM Report

The Investment Activity Report (“LKPM”) is a report regarding the progress of investment realization and problems faced by business actors which must be prepared and submitted periodically. Medium and large scale business actors are required to report LKPM every 3 months. The LKPM Report was implemented to improve the investment climate, improve investment control procedures and increase protection and ease of doing business.

Requirements From Applicant for LKPM Report

  1. Detail information of Person-in-Charge that is included in LKPM

  2. Operational Expenses details

  3. Inventory Expenses details

  4. Lease Agreement along with rental price

  5. Details of monthly Employee Turnover as well as list of employees information who work in the company area (scan ID card)

  6. Details of problem that occurred during the business operation (If any)

  7. Password and Username OSS

LKPM Report is one of the obligations of a company to report activities every 3 months, meaning 4 times a year.

The LKPM reporting period are listed below :

Period I: 1-10 April

Period II: 1-10 July

Period III: 1-10 October

Period IV: 1-10 January

What needs to be reported are all activities carried out by the company, both office or business premises construction activities, as well as goods purchased for the company’s production process.

For example: Motorbikes, cars, printers, tables, office stationery and so on
